Recycling

I was very tempted not to write any text for this post but I couldn't keep a reign on my fingers, they wished to tap, tap on the keyboard and I want to shout - I have a finished object. A very practical recycled finished object. A bag, make that a sack, for me and all my WIP's. It seemed inappropriate that knitting works in progress should be housed in plastic and paper bags. Why not knit them a home - a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, albeit temporary home - they are WIPs after all and not a home for UFO's. So, frogged a poncho I rarely wore, added some more yarn in complementary shades, hunted for cute buttons on ebay, knit, knit some more, knit again and then felted and hey presto (5 months later) - my WIP bag.

You know, its nice to see that frogged items make the grade in other things! FO looks great and the felting worked out great too.
See you tomorrow, knitty knitters us!

Love the sack and makes me want to use my wool in my stash for one!
