Correcting the Imbalance

MAP 1

MAP 2

MAP 3

Or should I say spot the difference! This is my 100th post and I promised some news. So, Map 1 above - the red areas are countries I've been to. Map 2 above - the countries my husband has visited.

In 12 months time we hope to be able to boast that Map 3 better reflects our countries visited. Correcting the imbalance of decades in the Northern Hemisphere, we're heading south to New Zealand for about a year and hope to visit the other highlighted countries on the way home.

Thanks to Fiona for the website link to create the maps. You too can do the same by clicking here.

Here from a comment you left on another blog. Wanted to stop by and say hello from Canada!

Wow, you two have been to a lot of places! I'm not a traveller - not because I don't like it, but because of lack of money for it. I'm hoping next year to get to the UK (probably London) as a friend and I are planning on going to teach ESL to immigrants (might end up somewhere else though, but we're aiming for there).
